Very friendly and efficient staff. Communication over email was timely to schedule, they had an opening the same week. The exam was thorough. Dr. Wu is very friendly, takes her time with her patients and answers their questions. +1 for having re-usable laminated forms to reduce waste.

I love visiting Dr Serene!! She always gives me a through and efficient exam, but we end up chit chatting about the neighborhood and the community, too! He team is great and always helps me work through my insurance benefits so I'm using them to the max.
