"Been here twice for my annual visit. Very friendly staff and excellent care. The office is very tiny and cramped but it's been there for over 50 years so can't really blame them!"
Rebecka H.
"Very friendly and efficient staff. Communication over email was timely to schedule, they had an opening the same week. The exam was thorough. Dr. Wu is very friendly, takes her time with her patients and answers their questions. +1 for having re-usable laminated forms to reduce waste."
Amanda Y.
"I love visiting Dr Serene!! She always gives me a through and efficient exam, but we end up chit chatting about the neighborhood and the community, too! He team is great and always helps me work through my insurance benefits so I'm using them to the max. They've made adjustments for the pandemic to keep themselves and patients safe and I feel very confident going there. Thank you, Lake Merritt Optometry!!!"
